That address handles everything: questions, problems, press, venues, privacy requests, and anything you think we have got wrong. We would rather have one address that works than five that route into the same place.

We do not publish a response time, because we are not yet big enough to hold ourselves to one honestly. You will get a reply from a person.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Stoop is not an emergency service and cannot respond at that speed.

For something that is not an emergency but concerns another member's behaviour, use the report control inside the conversation rather than email — it reaches the same people with the context already attached. The community guidelines explain what happens next.

To get a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or close your account, email us from the address on your account and say which one you want. The privacy policy sets out what we hold and the few things that survive a deletion.

If you run a café, a gym, a studio or a room that sits empty on a weeknight and you would like a circle in it, use the same address. Members never pay for Stoop; venues do, which is why the product can refuse to charge people for company.
